Emily Harrington was born and raised in the Philippines. Emily is a graduate of Philippine Women's University. Emily held various management positions with Financial Services companies including Citizens Bank. While at Citizens Bank, Emily decided to launch her first business venture. She started Qualified Resources Inc., a staffing company in 1992. The company grew rapidly in the 90's and earned numerous awards including being named as one of the fastest growing companies in the US by Inc Magazine. In 2000 Emily earned the Entrepreneur Success Award by the SBA for RI, New England and the United States.
