Letter from the CEO 

Dear Valued Customer,

In the twenty years that I have been in the staffing industry, my mission has always been the same: to earn the confidence and trust of our clients and employees by providing them with exceptional service. Over the years, this is exactly what QRI has done.

In 1992, I started a small staffing company.   In the first year, we had a mere $22,000 in revenue.  As we grew, we moved our headquarters to 78 Kenwood St, Cranston, RI.   This location became a contributing factor to our growth and success as a company.  Just four short years after opening this office, QRI grew to $8 million in sales and opened a branch in Pawtucket, RI.  From there, we hit the ground running. QRI was named one of “America’s 500 Fastest-Growing Privately Held Companies” in 1999.  I was humbled to receive the “Entrepreneurial Success of the Year Award” for Rhode Island, New England and the U.S. from the SBA in 2000.  QRI became an international company in 2004, when we partnered with Staff Service Group, a global staffing firm based in Japan.  In 2009, I sold the remaining share in the partnership. After years in staffing, I understood every facet of the business.  For this reason, I decided to do it all again and I launched a new staffing company in 2010.

Although it would be a new company, I felt is was very important to maintain the same values, location and even the name of the original company I started so many years ago. Even through challenging times, we have grown considerably in the past two years. This is undoubtedly due to the confidence and trust that both our clients and employees have in us.   Many years of experience have resulted in a management team that is highly skilled.  QRI’s reputation and expertise in this field are primary reasons why our clients choose us as their staffing partner.  True to its original mission, QRI is a company dedicated to the people we serve.
